1988 200 merc outboard. Have fuel pouring out of my bottom carb "intermitently." Changed needle and seat and float. Needle and seat twice!! Float is adjusted correctly Fuel filter and water seperator are also new. Can you think of anything else that could cause the problem. This has really been driving me nuts!!!

Just wanted to let you folks know,I got it fixed.I think!! Sucked about 4 ounces of Gum-Out through the fuel line after draining the carbs and let them sit for about a half hour.Dumped the water separator and put in a new in-line filter "again". Let run with muffs in the drive for about a half hour then hit the lake, FINALLY FIXED!! I HOPE!!!! Steve
