went out for a couple hours by myself , drifting about 40' water ,just a litle west of the river.got 3 , last one just over 30" , 9 lb. my pole snapped in half while i was bringing in the big one! brought about the last 30' in with my hands,got lucky he didn't try diving once he came up because i probably would have lost a couple of fingers, there was no way i was letting go of that line! got all 3 fish using bottom bouncer with purple worm harness.
