Hit a small tributary to the east of the Vermilion River yesterday afternoon for a couple hours and the water was still up a little but quite fishable. Was able to land 5 and had two other hook ups. Nothing really all that big but did manage a nice plump female with lots of fresh eggs. (Don't mean to make to many jealous with that statement) LOL. Fish came on orange, pink and chart egg sacks today. Only caught 1 male and the rest were females. Only one of which wasn't spawned out. Enjoy the pics guys! And get out there and brave the cold. You will have the river to yourself. Later dudes.
