Hey doc reel good,what is it and does it clam to do? Is it a in line spinner ?

Yep, you got it Big. The prototype worked every time I used it drifting for eyes. The propeller on the front provides a slow rotation. The problem is that the cage would be expensive to produce as a plastic part. The prototype is aluminum so is fairly easy to damage.
