Way to go Chucky ! ! ! ! ! We can usually do in the area of 100 lbs. of kielbasa in one of them bad-boys ! ! ! ! I need to get one for my house (as my uncle lives over in Geauga County, which makes it hard to do smaller batches.)

Do they make a Kielbasa colored Reef Runner??? Husky Jerk????

Chucky, if you put those baby's on at 9:30 they should be done by around noon at a temp of 300 deg or so. Am I right?? I have cooked ten at one time and then debone them for later use, I think that took around eight hours because there were so many. Last time I cut them in half and cooked eight halves and that worked real well. Also did some wings a couple of weeks ago and that is hard to beat. Chicken is one of my favorite thinks to cook in the smoker. My son and I are headed to the Rockey to see if we can get a couple of steelies this morning to smoke.
