Hey guys.
Well its quickly becoming my favorite time of year. I pulled all my treestands last weekend and after an absolutely thrilling bow season my sights are set on those siver bullets. No! Not Coors Light! Having spent several years living on the west coast of Michigan I am blessed with the knowledge of where, when and how to hook and land steelhead on light tackle from the piers on Lake Michigan. The action heats up in early March and depending on conditions and work schedules I spend my weekends north of the border and just south of heaven. I have a bunch of fishing buddies up there and have even got my girl hooked on it. April and putting in the boat seems a decade away, but since relocating to NW Ohio these pier runs fill the void quite niceley.I will try to post some pics this year but between NASCAR work and steeley stalking my time is pretty full this time of year. Anyone interested in bite, water conditions or tactics feel free to contact me. See you on the big lake in early spring. Looking forward to the thrill of a pole bending drag sceamin stealhead on 6lb line. Gotta love it.

Well the snow and ice seem to be hampering efforts at this time but I am hoping to head up to the Muskegon area the first weekend in March I am always looking for some one to go along to share gas and hotel fees. I have many years eperience and lots of buddies up there so its always a blast. If youre serious let me know.
