I went fishing there on monday 4-28.I caught 2 dozen crappies in a couple of hours using a small tube jig.they were 7-10" long.Also caught a small large mouth but didnt snap a pic of it.

yes they were caught from shore.the side with the big spillway.i think the road is old state road but not sure.I was casting even with the shore and a nice slow retrieve worked best.usually i twitch the jig a lot when i retrieve and the fish hit it on the drop but they didnt like that as much. |

fis n friend, did you get those crappie from shore or boat, don't have boat small enough for there, so was hoping they were caught from shore |
